Need help here..i get the notice from MBPJ because my neighbor complaint about my dog barking disturb her. every day I already muffle my dog mouth from 9pm till 7:40am to stop dog barking. we also discuss this with the neighbor who complaint. Yet she still complaint there one morning my dog barking after 7:30am when others ppl passing by my house. My dog dont have license - will i get saman ? the notice ask me to go to MBPJ office bring along the license what should i do? Can i still having my dog at my house? will i kena saman? Please advice...
