Missing Black small dog Taman Melati, kl

Small mix breed (Pekingese + Shih Tzu) slipped out of our auto gate at 11 pm 5 July 2015.
Location : Taman Melati Setapak
Very old dog & is partially blind & deaf.
Color BLACK with white chin area and eyelids have a pinkish infection.
He is on UTI prescription food diet and on medication & requires a lot of water.
He was wearing RED collar with GREEN licence dbkl tag (2623 number).
He can't walk much or jump / hop due to illness and old age.
Whoever found him, please contact us, we will reward you handsomely!!
He means the world for us and we have loved & cared for him 16 years plus
Please help . he goes by the name of Casper but due to his deafness, may not be able to respond when called.
