MS crying nonstop...HELP!!

Anyone out there can help me?
My MS is 6+ now. Last time, whenever I go to work, she will bark and cry for 15-20min and stop. Now, however, she can be doing it for more than 1 hour. Maybe it's because we have moved into a new place but my neighbours have started their complains. I don't wish this to continue. Is there anything I can do about it???
