is it legal?

immy Member Jun 6, 2013, 10:16 PM Views: 11672 is it legal? is it legal for postman to try harm a dog that pose no threat to them ? besides barking out loud? the dog is well contained in the yard, gate closed. the bars on the gate are close together he wont even be able to stick his mouth out . As a typical dog everytime he postman comes round, he will bark at him, everyone with the slightest intelligent will understand he is just trying to protect his own house. , .. but guess what the postman did? once he bang his bike against the the gate, or he use a metal rod n keep hitting the gate, n today he try to poke him with the metal rod... what an idiot!! any suggestion what to do in such situation? immy
