Found dog in alam damai, cheras

found this male shih tzu (i think he is shih tzu but can't be sure) yesterday (10th Feb) around 4 pm running around alam damai, cheras (nearby taman connaught, taman len seng & taman bukit anggerik). i took him in as i was worried bout car accidents & waited for someone to come looking for him but no one showed up.
he is clean & well kept, seems to have just went for grooming maybe before CNY cause the fur on his body is really short. pls see picture attached.
