There is a black puppy (mongrel) in my area (taman skudai baru, johor), about 2-3 months old, wandering around.
Early morning, before i off to work, i saw him/her digging for food from dustbin, poor fellow, real skinny and i think he/she starts to show kind of skin problem. I m not sure whether he/she is owned coz everytime when i see him/her, he/she is wandering around or sleeping on the street no matter during sunny day or raining day.
Really pity him/her, so young yet no care and love from mother/owner. I coundn't help him/her much coz i m out early in the morning and only will be back middle of night. Ever think of take him/her in, but i m out most of the time and my uncle doesnt really love animals around in his house. Defeat the purpose then.
Any suggestions? It'll be good if someone can take him/her in care.
