worms in puppy after the third vaccination

hi there.my shih tzu is 3 months old. i just went to vet and gave him the third vaccination. after the second day the worms came from his shit .then i called the vet and he said to give the deworm medicine.so i gave it .
so anybody came across this problem. pls advice.thank you very much
