GR ears

Hi all,

There's something can be seen close to my GR's ears..It grows inside its skin and a bit tumefaction.

Anyone who own GR can pls hv a look for me if ur puppies/dogs also hv the same situation as mine..

I'm afraid if it is tumor as i heard many GR suffer from cancer..tq

Re: [vanilla_latte] GR ears

it's a possibility of hematoma.. do google this and send your dog to vet for treatment of ear infection and to solve this.

Re: [acsyen] GR ears

I haven't send my dog to vet yet. I don't think it is hematamo because i don't see it's containing blood. It's surrounded with her hair and when i press it, she has no response. But sometime after she took her shower, she will sratching her ear.

Re: [vanilla_latte] GR ears

You won't always be able to see the blood, sometimes it looks just like your dogs ear became very thick and heavy and theres something inside and hard (cuz its high pressure).

You need to get it treated as soon as possible, otherwise, the dog ear will harden and become a 'cauliflower ear', where the ear shrivels up.
