Chihuahua Ears Standing

dowk2301 Dog Kichi Sep 14, 2007, 5:18 PM Views: 7430 Chihuahua Ears Standing Want some advise on Chi ears. My Chi is now in her 5th month but I noticed that her ears are still not standing. Encountered a few times already where her ears stand then it drops after a few days then it stands again for a few days and then drops again. Is this normal? I know coprring a Chi ear is not encouraged and it is not normal but when will the ears stand for good? Does it tells any signs? My Chi is a happy dog and on Eukanuba Natural Lamb & Rice. No problem with that and she is growing well. Only do not know why ears still not standing. I have 2 books on Chi and I love those ears but don't see it on my furkid. Please advise, anyone .......

I prefer it down though..cos they look manja....if u notice in my avatar, my brown min. pin ear is standing (in fact I have not seen it go down though) but the black min. pin...depends..on his mood...

Black min. pin ear is currently down...but after few days/weeks...it will stand... especially when he go back to grandma's house, reaching hme, his standing ear, will go down.. sometime 1 up, and 1 down... I donno..maybe depending on his mood...curious also...
