Rotty no clollar, mixed breed woth collar and long chain attached to it. I tried to approach them but the male dog was so fierce, he acrually barked and came charging after me! The rotty just followed the male one wherever he goes. Doesnt look fierce nor friendly, just blur. They are running here and there, obviously lost. I hope the owner finds them quick. They are very tired and thirsty.

Coz the long chain attached might endanger the dog. If the chain got stuck somewhere or to a car...I can't imagine that. If possible just give some food and water let them familiar with you then things will be easier.
