I started to luv mongrels more nowadays because there are too many of them abandoned and wondering around in the street with no shelter and proper food and clean water.
Try not to fancy too much on pure breed and gv mongrel a chance by adopting them and saving them.
I do reliaze that alots of people in KL do stayed in Apartment/Condo. Most probably the Mongrel are medium size to large. In an Apartment/Condo, there's rules no pets allow but we still can avoid the rules & rear a dog that in toy breed. For Mongrel there's no space to fit them. We should aim for those who stayed in landed property to give a home to those mongrel or strayed dogs.
I have 3 mix breeds in hometown. Now I've just bought my own new house, will go PAWS or SPCA to adopt. Thinking of getting 2 : )
At the moment I'm feeding one female mongrel in my neighborhood. Tried to catch her and keep her with me but she is too fear of me. So I'm doing the best I can for her-- providing once a day meal to her.
i think u should check with ur neigbour if u r in a terrace , semi D etc, have read someone's post about his jiran complaining to the local council, that his dogs are smelly , noisy, etc....

You haven't met the naughty ones only. Trying to tame 1 fellow now. He is very friendly and a good guard dog the prob is he bites when he dun like something e.g force him to do something by pulling the leash or even taking newspaper to whack him. I also kena bite twice le but it's not serious just scratches. So lately i got a lot of scars haha..
hai ya, our sifu oso got bitten but then whoever rearing dogs never got bitten before must b something wrong neh, some more stray dogs man!!! I remember myself when about 10 yrs ole oso got bitten actually my fault i was beating the dogs(our own) becoz hiding my shoes.
hey hav 2 go 4 cosmetic surgery or not, I can recommend or ask ur kai yeh 2 recommend lo.if not mistaken he is going to Thailand this week.
ya... and its's so touching to read about yee's and her bf's dreams of building a sanctuary for them and helping out the poor and uneducated kids.. how noble... if only i cud lend a hand !

was so touched when u wrote on how u tried to hide the stray in the car park from the authorities..but eventually the kid was taken away.. how sad.
i told yen that i wish to see pluto one day cos he shares the same fold as my lumpie gal, and yen told me u are always at taman desa during the weekends, which i cant not find time to go there.
I also adopted a mongrel from my friend. He got it around his hostel area but unable to adopt it. So he called me for help. My parents disagree but I promise I will take very good care of her. Now she looks healthy and happy^^. Don't look down to mongrel as they are still cute doggie. Just saw stray-dog catchers around this morning. Luckily my dog was not the dog out there if not she will get caught by them.
