Beagle with biting issue

I'm just wondering is destructive chewing part of this breed or its just this dog. Feedbacks and comments are very much appreciated. If yes, all puppies are destructive. but beagle bite is of course stronger than a Shihtzu or other toy breed. So if you gave them sufficient chewable toys to play, then they won't look for substitue things like slippers etc. Do not give them your old T-shirt/cloth, old shoes as toys, they won't know how to differentiate and may pick the wrong thing at the wrong time (i.e. pull your hanging cloths down and bite).
