My GSD pup which is 4 months old having red spots and hard pimples. Imnot sure why these? brought to vet and he gave the antibiotic and liquid to applly. It dissapear and appear again. I just stop fora week and the no of spot increase.Usually beneath the body. Anyone can help toadvice to solve these prb permenantly.
