allergic to the vaccination !!!

Hi there. anyone doggie got allergic to the vaccination ? after 6 hour of the vaccination, my shih tzu face, nose, ear started to swell. i immediately sent her to the hospital and she started vomit.The vet say she need to stay in hospital for one day. anyone know why some doggie will allergic to the vaccnination ? anyone got same experience ?

I dont know should i still want to continue the 3rd injection and the following injection in future because the vet say he dont know the same thing will happen again or not after the injection. anyone can give me some opinion ? thx.
