I got mine at MPH bookstore, I think it was 5-6 year ago at the price RM99+. The last time I check at the MPH bookstore at midvalley they did sell this book at about RM120+ but left only last book. If out of stock you still can order from them but it take about a month time and also the price of the book is not comfirm cause it also depend on the exchange rate. Hope this help.
