Looking for cute cute puppy

I'm not sure should adopt a big breed or medium or small breed because i'm not local people here. I'll will bring the dog back to my hometown few years later. It is very hard to travel a big dog in the car, right? Can someone teach me what can i do? still any Shih Tzu at SPCA? How about the Casper? still available? I'm now waiting for the new upload puppy picture for April. Why havent posted yet?
