Blood carries so much infomation, for dogs normaly they would test on virus,parasites and the condition of their internal organs. Internal organs? yeah when one dog is in shocked and scared their internal organ such as the pancreas and liver will contract therefore it will affect the blood contents. Hope this helps. nozzy . I want to do blood test on my puppy cause i bought him from a pet shop so i want to know about her heakth condition and further more. This is due to the fear i had when I read so many article in this forum which many puppies die in a very short period after they bought the puppy from pet shop. So any advice on how to prevent? Thanks.

The test just like human lah,,,a lot of info can be known. My dog was suspected to have diabetes because he drinks a lot of water and urine a lot of times,thanks god the result was ok !
