Allowed to advertise Event for SPCA??

HI, I was wondering if I am permitted to advertise events being organized as part of an animal awareness campaign being launched in Penang. A group of seniors are organizing the events (fun runs, contests and finishing with a bit of a Gala ) and I would like to aid them in creating interest in the Penang area of animal lovers. It is all being done under the S.P.C.A banner and part of the Gala ticket sales is being donated (the whole event is non-profit) If so, where do I post?? Thanks, Rebecca (Penang S.P.C.A)
