Hi fiona n everyone, Sorry for the loooong "awaited" silence. I've been really really busy with everything. But i'm finally took some time off to write something important and unimportant stuffs on puppy.com.my..right starting with the important stuff. Cynhor ( if u're from the PAWS).. you're absolutely right about over-increasing numbers of strays we have in Malaysia. The ONLY thing that can HONESTLY stop this from happening is to have people coming INTO shelters to ADOPT an animal instead of being so gullible BUYING it from a petshop and not knowing about puppymills. i've said this many many times n i will not stop stressing about it that if u really love and care for animals the first thing u'll think of before getting an animals is that u have a visit to the shelter and adopt one. There are so many cases of abandoned animals in spca ( and paws of course!) where they're no longer desired by their owners because of the extra responsiblity that they have to care for. Dog owners like us who knows what's going on in homeless animals world should advice first timers on visiting the a.shelters. For those who have preference i have nothing against you as i do have a few pref as well but all i can say is that, if u're a first timer for god's and animals' sake please look into the infos on that certain breed that u're interested in getting before BUYING so that u'd know what to expect . and for those who have experience and such, i'm such you know what to do. If u're not a prof breeder please send them for SPAYING/NEUTERING. You can't be 100% sure that your dog won't get pregnant or won't mate a bitch. Anything can happen and so what if it's a purebreed or if it's not? If u' have no intentions or experience in breeding dogs then why not spend a few hundreds on the operation..especially if u can afford to pay thousands on a purebreed? I've said enough and in hoping that i've changed some of your minds. x
