Dandruff ... as in flaky skin, together with itching are signs that your dog probably has a skin condition that needs proper treatment ... please take your dog to a vet for an examination ... Most skin conditions are not serious ... but they do require prompt and correct treatment ... Do remember to ask your vet to do a skin scraping test ... just to make sure there are no mange mites ...
