I got my lucky at a breeder's place, that's around senai airport (Johor Bahru). He's quite a reputatable breeder who breeds and trains dog. Err, he breeds mostly German Sherperd (both utility and beauty group) but he has others such as rotti, dalmatian, bulldog, amercian bulldog (that's banned, but he has a pair there for breeding), St Bernard, (i forgot le). There's a Ang Moh at that place that trains the dogs for $2500-$3000, depends on what breed, takes 3 months to train. I got lucky for $950, that's consider cheap yeah because it the second day after new year and i told him it's not good for their first customer to go off empty handed, and he fell for it. He wanted $1K initially but then i told him my mum (i'm only 21 years old) would say its very exp lah, then make it sound nicer lah, $950 can a not and he says ok. BTW, i get to choose from 8 puupies and i picked the nicest and the most active one. He has 2 more brothers and 5 sisters. When i took him away, he was crying in my car, then as i drove further and further, he resign his fate and slept in the car le... sooooo cute......hee hee. A fully black (considered not nice) German sherperd is for sale at that time for $1500 only. It seems that he's the last one left, (the next group still too young, so they are in the nursery, you can't see them as the breeder say scared u bring in disease), so i picked the dalmatians.......Lucky comes with 1 shot of vaccination + mircochiping and AKA certification. All that for $950. hee hee. I didn't take the German sherperd as i got tired of picking ticks out of him (He's called Tiger), he died of old age (11yrs). Yeah he's very nottie, dig plenty of holes in my garden (carpet grass wor......) I bring him to the hole, beat his hand, 2-3 days he remembers after that his old self again. He does his business on the grass, the slope near my autogate where the cars exits...... so bu ting hua. Other than that he's okie. Jus the holes and the poo. I am feeding him ekunaba Large Breed puppy food + ekunaba Lamb and rice formula, heard that dalmatian goes best with lamb as there skin is very sensitive... He also gets to have oranges, apples and carrot as vitamins. (the oranges might sound funny, but he eats them, chinese new year that time got the ju zi plant (small orange bonsai) right, he bites and eat them. lol.x What are you guy/ladies feeding your dalmatian with??? My previous sherperd eats real pork, lamb, turkey, chicken that my mum gets free from the hotel, but this coz my sherperd to be very fussy with his food. He ends up not eating dry dog food and dog can food. When we are away, i requested my neighbours to feed him and he ended up having a hunger strike. Even when we put him at the animal hostel he also doesn't eat the dog food, they have to buy real meat for him, very exp wor. That is why my family decided not to feed our new dalmatian with any human food anymore.
