see the Star classiefied today?? great dane pups on sale. It is oscar's breeder.. The breeder owns the black female and borrows the stud from the old town harlequin..

just to update you on Raven's ears
Last week we took out the bandage, but the ears were still soft... We try to place a maggi cup between the ears and then put the bandage again. Hopefully they will stand straight..soon.
Didn't go to see the pups last week...bz during exam period...
oh yea..forgot to mention Gentle Leader is this sort of thing that u put on the dog's head to control the head movement. You see, a dog pulls with it's chest/neck right? And for dogs, where the head moves the body moves too. So this thing controls the head and the dog can't pull. It's designed in a way that one strap is around the muzzle and one more strap arouund the neck...so to some ppl , it looks like sort of a muzzle. But the dog can still bite,bark,drink and eat
I got a dane too, a blue dane name Lady. A real darling of mine. I got her from the PJ Old Town Breeder. And yes, Lady's daddy is the harlequin dane. But Lady is rather small in size as the mummy is kinna small. But am happy with her size. Too big very hard to hug though.
Lady is going to be 3 yrs old on 11/11/03. My hubby went to one of the very famous dane breeder in Aussie - Quintessa. They got very beautiful and huge danes. Got few pics of the dane. If I got time, then I upload ya?
Lady's parents are both harlequin, right? The blue color must be inherrited from the last few generations ya? Anyway, hardly seen any blue Dane lar... Very unique color..
How's her temperament? I have view the Sire and Dam lately. The Sire is quite fierce huh? But very huge size.
Yeah, the father is huge and very handsome. He listens to chinese command and his name is Lucky/Happy...cant really remember.
The mother is brindle not harlequin. My Lady temperament ah...hmmm....to human she is very friendly but not to dogs loh...

yea...the father is Lucky. Ops..I though the mother is harlequin? During the last visit, I saw both harlequin leh...
Your Lady temperament consider ok...at least friendly to ppl... but when you bring her out, is she still aggressive towards other dogs?
My Raven is a bit agressive to dogs too... coz has been caging him for some times after the ear-cropped. Gathering ar?? I wish his ears are fully healed then.....or else...gotta miss another one liao..
Saw the pics u posted in the photo gallery...both of ur danes not that big too oh compare to Lucky. I remember the batch of little got 1 black one too. He is soooo cute! The bottom teeth is longer than the upper one. So funny...but he got huge paws though. My Lady is one of the smallest one among all of them lah...
They sold the mother to a Malay for 5K. I hope to u on 26th Oct then.
yea...I agree with you. my Crystal ain't that big size as compared to Lucky...but she is quite obedient though As for Raven, he is still growing, hope his size is bigger than my girl..
Talking about the Malay fella, I was a bit surprised that Malay also like Great Dane ar?? That's cool.
