Hi Jnmx,

Glad to find another JRT lover! Though JRTs are highly intelligent and adorable, they can be a handful if not trained properly and may not be suitable for everyone. You can get more information about the breed at www.singaporejrt.com

Hi Ginl, no wonder hardly see you in sgJRT these days.. so you are very active here! How's work so far? My computer is down so you do not see me in ICQ anymore....

For the rest of the guys here, I am from Singapore and this is my second time in this forum. Nice to see that there are many people in Malaysia that love this breed too. I have both Jack Russell Terriers and Parson Russell Terriers. I breed and show them. Is there anyone here that is into showing of JRTs in MKA Shows?

Hope to be here more often! Now the man standing behind my workstation in the library is dying to lay his hands on this computer! Sly

Hey Cloe Wink nice of you to drop in again! heheh yah been logging in here more these days Blush...we don't hv many JRTs here enough to hv our own JRT gatherings unlike you guys over there (very jealous!), but we do hv all dogs gathering every mth which is just as good Smile

Work is good...no wonder i don't see you on ICQ much these days too, i thought maybe u were too busy with all your beautiful babies Smile...as far as i know none of the JRT members here are showing their Jacks, well not at the moment anyway....but i can sense that more and more ppl are getting interested in this breed...here's hoping one day all the houses down my road will hv a Jack in each and every one of them Tongue

Re: [drew] Jack Russell Terrier [In reply to] Can't Post

there are lots of good website to look at if you are thinking of buying a Jack...

What are you going to have your jack for?? As company or for showing and training??

I recomend that you buy a registered jack with full pedigree, even though it costs a bit more... Then you will be able to show and compete. If you dont have the interest in showing and competing now, it might change in the future and then it would be great if you have one that is registered.

Send me a private message and I`ll send you some good links.

Best of luck.

Re: [lbsjacks] Jack Russell Terrier [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi to all JRT lovers,

I have a pair of JRTs which was imported from Australia but have no MKA cert.

2 weeks ago my female JRT gave birth to 5 puppies. Now those puppies have opened their eyes and started walking. It was quite an experience for me and my family as it was the first time we saw the delivery.

Actually, I did helped out in the delivery by removing the layer that covered the puppies. We were so suspense until my wife screamed when she saw our JRT was about to deliver the first puppy.

Well, my wife wants to keep all the puppies but we know that it is impossible. It's sad that sooner or later we have to part with these puppies. Anyway, we intend to get our female JRT spayed after this birth.

Re: [myra] Jack Russell Terrier [In reply to] Can't Post

Myra,

You already have 3 dogs and you want to keep somemore?Shocked Are you sure you can keep up with those hyperactive dudes? They are so energetic and can even outrun you and me. My neigbours are already showing their displeasure with the level of noise they made whenever they saw other dogs, cats, birds, butterflies and etc. passing by our gate.

Yup, I intend to keep one and give one to my friend. The rest I will sell them, not so much for the monies but rather we want to ensure that those puppies will find good owners who are willing to provide love and care, and are willing to spend to provide proper food and medicine to them.

PLEASE DO NOT ADVERTISEMENT THE SALE OF YOUR PUPPIES HERE.

if u r still sceptical & need more info b4 making up ur mind, do not hesitate 2 email me at myra@puppy.com. oh ya, my mum's colleague is also very keen on having a jrt. she currently owns a golden retriever.

A bit of mix up there in my earlier posting. I meant to ask Job whether he is giving up any one of his JRT puppies for adoption. I have a friend looking for one. He currently has a 5 yr old GSD. Looking for a smaller dog as he lives in a banglo house so space is not a problem. He gives his doggie first class tender loving care. Please e-mail me at . As for me I love my mix beagle. He is so cute and playful. Adopted him also from a member of this forum.Smile
