1st of all...u gotta b firm, never offer treats if she didn't do it for u...

when pacco 1st start to learn jumping, it was not @ home....we try d agility equipment @ pet safari...

d hurdle was around 10 inches high n she was terrified...

so i put her onleash n jump together wit her....after a few attempts then she manage to do it when i lure her wit treats..

then later onli we start practising it @ home....

good for nana that she's okay to jump over....even last time when sasha was at nana's age..she won jump as well...sigh...she will think of other ways to get the treat but not jump...even though i lure her with treats...n sometimes i even get other ppl to help me....still she won do it.....

Unsure

oh icic...the first time i get sasha to tried was when she was about 5-6 months....at the trainer's place...using the agillity equipment too....she won move an inch closer to that stuff...haiyo..even with treat...

n yes..i won give her if she didn;t jump over or walk over it...normally i will give if she makes slight improvement...e.g if only half her body cross the stick, i will give her too..n then slowly trying to lure her more...but she will only do it if the stick is on the floor..jumping is a no no to her

i think i must drag her over d...hahahahhahahahahLaugh

Not fair lah. Small breed compete with Medium breed No matter how good the Silky can jump don't think can jump higher than PaccoCool

haha...ofcoz la...longer leg more benefits lor..

but anyway, i think medium breed is d better for jumping....coz they got longer legs than small dogs...n their body is not as bulky like GSD or golden..

eventhough large breed had even longer legs than pacco.....but they r juz too heavy...mayb greyhound can...

I am simply amazed by the sporting spirit of the Silky doing his trial. Cheers.
