Hi June! How is Whisky doing? Keke... At his age, he's at the teething stage and I wouldn't be surprised if he isn't biting or mouthing people. Snoopy and I went through a pretty ok teething stage but there were times when she actually broke skin when she bit me. Anyway, best not to scold the dog too much, you must let him know how painful his bite (accidental or not) it is, by yelling "ow!" and of course teaching him "no bite". As for this aggressiveness, can't really tell as you must read his body language. Maybe he's playing a little rough and so, whenever he steps out of bounds, just remind him by saying "hait" and revert his attention to doing something else. As much as it is cute to play "tug" with your furkid, it is not highly advisable (as a lot of books say) as it will encourage some aggressive/possessive behaviour in the dog. If you want him to release a toy, teach him the "give" command. When you said that Whisky's face was very fierce, did he bare his teeth at you?
