I dunno..hehhe

i've ask jasmine to measure the amount of food she gav junior and compare it to how many caps i used. seem like the amount of food she gave junior is 14 caps!!!! looks like i've been feeding her very little. Is it okay for her ar? it's been one week already i've fed her lesser than i should.

I'd rather go to petshop today and buy another dogfood that comes with a measurement cup already.
you might say that diff food, diff size, i think it should the same lor...since it's the same amount of cups i give her. volume should be the same. Anyone?

Oofy was such a gentle soul... Dogs can come and eat her food and she wouldn't even mind!!

Dogs at the SPCA are in pretty good condition. They look pretty healthy. Anyway, there is pauline who is working with the SPCA and she has a regular thread here in this forum... Sly

Hi peeglet,

Read that you may want to adopt a dog from SPCA later. Do you think you will be interested to adopt Harry, a 2 yr old cocker spaniel. He was badly treated by the previous owners, so I got him back and gave treatment. His ears have healed and no more pus. Now he still growls at me but I think he needs some time to adapt to a new owner.

Hi dmax,

Yeah...she's broken coat...do you think it's wise to bring my Piper back to ipoh during this coming public holiday? Got 2 mutts at home also. She'll be goin for next 2nd jab on the 5 may. Since all 3 vaccinations are the same type, since she got one already, is it okay?? I think i read it somewhere that one of the virus in the vaccination have to be injected few times (which makes it 3 jabs) to be fully immunized of it. This also leaves that once the first jab is administered, the rest of the virus are immunized already. Rite?

This mornin brought Piper out to the house porch...she was so happy. hehehe Laugh

*after i ask my vet about it, he said can bring out to porch but not out to the road since she's still under vaccination* you guys think it's okay ar? moreover, she likes to bite the grass..hehehe...so cute

I think my Jojo's coat is rough. Its definitely not smooth. Maybe someone can tell me if we manage to meet up.

My Sushi is not a silky.... she is mixed lah, some terrier (most prob silky lah) X shihtzu. Weird colour lah... she has all shades of brown! See for yourself lah later.... Cool

).... am sure jasmine will inform me about it then Smile

Er, he's quite grown up already-lor. 7months already. One of his ears is sticking up and the other folded. Any suggestions as to how to make both ears symmetrical? Folded down would be option 1. Unsure

Hi! Fuji's still around! He's about 10 years old. Would like to adopt Harry, but my mom would kill me if I took another dog in. Can only have 2 dogs at a time. I'd to persuade my mom for 2 years before I could get Muttley.

Sigh! Would really love to have Harry, but unfortunately circumstances at home is a bit tough.

The condition you described is "pricked ears". Hmmmm... I wouldn't recommend messing around with it... Tongue

Anyway, according to a book I read on JRTs, this condition is pretty common from ages 6 or 7mths until 9 or 10mths. Not so sure what is causing this, but it seems like it is due to teething... Smile

Snoopy started exhibiting this condition at age 5mths and still, the ear has not dropped. Kekeke.. We think it is genetic coz her mom has the same condition... Laugh

. We find it endearing..

Are you planning to have him participate in shows? If yes, then better consult a vet or breeder because pricked ears are not acceptable... Hmmm.. There is a thread on getting your dog ready for shows in this forum, maybe you can check it out to find out how to "cure" this condition.

Dunno what will happen as they get older but my JoJo also has pricked ears syndrome...her left is constantly at attention while her right is fine. Have been told to massage her left as it may help to overcome the condition. Try as we may have but the massage effect seems to be temporary only. Maybe as she gets older.....

Snoopy's right ear is constantly on alert position. Her mom (Coco - dmax's) is the same too... Laugh

So funny to see them together... Like mom, like daughter...

I think for Snoopy, its her radar. It lets her know if there are something funny walking around at night, like cats or squirrels... Tongue

Anyway, we tried to massage it too, but she doesn't let you do it for long.. Crazy

I don't think this will go away as it is inherited from her mom... Kinda cute... Tongue

We've been massaging JoJo's ear for the past 3 months and its still standing Crazy
