 True...true...... .......Agreed with you in totality. However nothing is always absolute either, even direct sales to petowner cannot stop puppy milling or guaranteeing the best families for the puppies too. The best any breeder can do is to do their utmost best to screen them. End of the day, the buyers are the ones whom must educate themselves to impose their own censorship too.
Anyway my comments was meant to be thought provoking and not an agreement of the way that is done. Hope I made it clear here in the case of any confusion.
