Perhaps you could try contacting the Sarawak Kennel Association (SKC) to ask if they hold any Obedience training classes. I managed to find only one dog training school on the internet. It is called Real-K9 Training & it is located in Miri. They offer both "working" & "pet" dog training. I am pretty sure there are more dog schools in Sarawak. You just gotta keep searching.
