You’re DIGGING  , endlessly for nothing…
Biting  nails and toes isn’t good option…
You’re Licking  your own wounds…
Pulling and Chewing, isn’t a good thing either…
You’re extremely unwell, Obedience Training  , would be helpful...
Socializing, playtime, tricks  , would check and balance the problems…
If it still doesn’t work, try Euthanize or Relinquish  your ID…
